Now Achieve a Stable Outdoor Network Specifically Designed for Your Marina
- As boaters and marina-members ourselves, we know that connectivity on your vessel is every bit as important as connectivity on land since you like to have access to all your entertainment options.
- Although many marinas may have some sort of Wifi presence, it is especially challenging in this environment for a variety of reasons;
- At Connectivity Alliance, we have developed a special API (Application Programmer Interface) specifically for advanced Access-point use in Marinas to compensate for these factors:
- The result is stable hi-bandwidth connectivity that is not hampered by; humidity, temperature, or interference by other structures in the marina itself.
At Connectivity Alliance, we have developed a special API (Application Programmer Interface) specifically for advanced Access-point use in Marinas to compensate for these factors:
With radars: Fixed-location, on the land or at sea.
Existing Wifi Signals:
We investigate to shut down unnecessary BTS or select another type of signal ( 60G for example)
Tide-Related Water Levels affecting Frequency Distribution:
If we have a fixed BTS on land and floating docks, on high tide, compared to low tide, we will have different behavior.
Water acts as a mirror, if you set the frequency when the water level is low, the system would work, but then compromised at high tide. Therefore the frequency might be changed regarding new frequency shape.
This is water-content in the air. The frequency and radio power must be changed when the humidity changes. Since we can receive this information from weather websites, it can be compensated for dynamically.
These can change due to temperature changes (temperature changes related to humidity as well), therefore these too can be compensated for dynamically and automatically.
Based on all the parameters above , Our API can change the radio frequency channel and radio power as well.
The result is a stable reliable hi-bandwidth connection through a variety of environment types.
