Terms and Conditions for Combo WiFi Extender with Active Antenna

2. Warranty and Refund Policy
Warranty Period: The Product comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Partial Refund Eligibility:
A partial refund of the Product may be requested within 1 year of purchase.
To qualify for a partial refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the request.
The amount of the partial refund will be determined at the discretion of the company based on the condition of the Product and the duration of use.
Refund Exclusions:
Partial refunds will not be issued after 1 year from the purchase date.
Refunds are not applicable if the Product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Product Use
The Product is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Any misuse, including but not limited to, unauthorized modifications or tampering with the Product, may void the warranty and refund eligibility.
4. Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
The maximum liability of the company shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
